By registering for this event, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:
1. Payment Terms: Full payment is required to confirm your registration. Please upload a copy or proof of your transaction when completing your registration.
2. Early Bird Discount (if any): To qualify for the “Early Bird” rate, both registration and payment must be received before the specified early bird deadline, as determined by the event organizers.
3. All registrations are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. However, a substitute participant may attend in place of the original registrant at no additional charge. Please notify us in writing prior to the event with the substitute’s details.
4. Adjustment of Registration Fees: After your registration is submitted, MAOMS reserves the right to review and adjust your registration type and fee if it is found that any information provided was incorrect or misrepresented. If adjustments are necessary, you will be contacted via email.
5. Insurance: Attendees are responsible for arranging their own insurance coverage for the event. MAOMS will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury to personal property that may occur during the event.
6. Visa Requirements / Invitation Letter: It is the attendee's responsibility to ensure they meet any visa or entry requirements for Malaysia. If you need a visa to attend, please allow sufficient time for processing. You may request an invitation letter from the event secretariat once your registration is complete and payment has been made in full.
